I had been looking for a specific type of Puppy Program, not the typical generic one offered by many. Kylie had the puppy program I was looking for and it has not disappointed. Kylie is very welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. I have learnt so much throughout the program with the smaller details of information mentioned that really makes a difference in training. Kylie has been great at recommending better ways to deal with some problems I was unsure how to handle - life has got so much easier.
